Our business commitment is reflected in a comprehensive ESG strategy, aligned with the Sustainable Development Goals of the 2030 Agenda. Every action we take seeks to generate environmental, social, and economic value, producing responsibly and focusing on the well-being of future generations — always with the conviction of protecting the environment and caring for our planet.

Our ESG Pillars

Our strategy is based on three fundamental axes

ESG - Environmental

We measure our carbon and water footprints, both at the corporate and product level. With this knowledge, we design a decarbonization plan aligned with SBTi. We implement concrete actions to protect biodiversity and apply circularity throughout our entire production process.

ESG - Social

We promote gender equity through our Women in Action program, donate lemons to the Food Bank as part of the Marea Amarilla campaign, and support quality education through internships in our company.

ESG - Governance

We report our impacts transparently and work alongside our Sustainability Committee to strengthen responsible management. The certification recently obtained from WeConnect International is not just a seal, but the reflection of years of work, bold decisions, and the leadership of women who lead with commitment, inspire by example, and generate a positive impact on the community, the environment, and the people who are part of this story.

Key Programs and Initiatives

Women in Action

We promote the Women in Action program with the conviction that female leadership has the power to regenerate, transform, and build a fairer and more sustainable future. This program supports women within our company and in the communities where we operate, providing training, tools, and a space where each participant can discover her voice, strengthen her leadership, and generate real impact. By producing with a gender perspective, we are creating an agroindustry that respects, includes, and evolves.

Alliance with Fundación ProYungas

Our alliance with Fundación ProYungas strengthens our commitment to biodiversity protection. Together, we work to conserve native ecosystems and promote a productive model that integrates environmental sustainability with regional development.

Educational Internships

We promote educational internship programs with technical schools and universities, bringing students closer to the citrus production process. This experience allows them to gain practical knowledge, understand the challenges of sustainable agribusiness, and prepare as professionals committed to quality and the future of the sector.

We promote gender equality through training and opportunities that foster women’s leadership.

We care for ecosystems with cover crops, biodiversity, and practices that regenerate soils and water.
